The Department of Revenue has just provided the Association an important notice to address the income tax changes in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed by President Trump on December 22, 2017, and the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 signed into law on February 9, 2018. The Department’s notice provides guidance to both individual and corporate taxpayers.
