Group Sign In | NCACPA

This form is to be completed only by the group leader on behalf of all individuals watching the NCACPA program as a group (more than one person watching from the same monitor). Please use this form to let us know which registrants are watching with you. If you are watching the program by yourself, you need not fill out this form.

Guidelines

All registrants must register individually and be included on this form. This list must include registrants who will view the program but not claim CPE credit.
Your organization will be invoiced for any individual on the sign-in sheet not pre-registered for the event.
One registered participant, per group, will be responsible for logging into the program and submitting all questions to the speaker, via the Q&A tab.
Only those in attendance will receive CPE credit and/or course materials.

Note: Credit for those watching in the group will be processed by NCACPA. Once processed those in the group will have their Certificate added to their Learning Record and the credit will be applied to their NCACPA transcripts.
