The NC CPA Foundation offers three scholarship levels to support aspiring CPAs. Your eligibility will determine which scholarship level you qualify for—the application will automatically match you with the appropriate option.
To apply, you must be an NCACPA member and enrolled in a North Carolina college/university. Student membership is FREE and simple to obtain through this link. Previous scholarship recipients are eligible to reapply each year.

COLLEGE
$1,500 SCHOLARSHIPS
The Foundation offers scholarships to students enrolled at North Carolina community colleges are pursuing a two-year associate degree with the intent to enroll in a four-year program and have the potential to become a CPA.
UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM
$2,000 SCHOLARSHIPS
Four-year college/university students are encouraged to apply if they are enrolled in a program that will allow them: 1) to achieve the accounting concentration required to sit for the CPA Exam or 2) to earn the undergraduate hours needed to enroll in a graduate program in order to achieve the concentration.

Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program
Over the next several years, the Deloitte Foundation expects to fund $25 million in scholarships for students, including students interested in pursuing a fifth-year master’s degree in accounting, master’s in taxation or master’s in accounting with a concentration in audit, advisory, or tax through the Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program. In the spirit of supporting a diverse student population and to strengthen the pipeline of diverse talent entering the CPA profession, the Deloitte Foundation and participating universities will provide the Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars a scholarship that covers 100% of their tuition (excluding books and living expenses) for the 2024–2025 academic year. Please note that application deadlines vary by school.
