Accounting Pipeline: Addressing Firm Culture & Business Model Challenges

The accounting profession is going through some major changes—firms are having to rethink everything from compensation to staffing models just to stay competitive and attract the best talent. That’s why NCACPA is actively involved in helping our state’s firms navigate this transformational period. The success of our members and the profession depends on firms being able to adapt and evolve. 

The Association has been in discussions with various organizations to understand the landscape and what members are navigating. We want to make sure our members have the tools and guidance they need to succeed in this changing landscape. Whether it’s providing resources and learning programs targeted at evaluating compensation packages, exploring alternative staffing approaches, or even considering outside investments like private equity, NCACPA is committed to being a partner on this transformation journey. 

Ultimately, our goal is to help position North Carolina’s accounting firms for long-term success. When our firms succeed, our members succeed. And that’s what being part of this professional community is all about.

• Increase awareness of issues and trends with members; be a trusted source of information
