We are excited to host you in Wrightsville Beach for NCACPA’s Beach Cluster. This year’s program promises to be both educational and fun at the beach!

Helpful Information
Check-In
Will begin at 7:00am every morning at the registration desk.
WI-FI Instructions
NCACPA has secured complimentary Wi-Fi for all Cluster attendees.

NCACPA does not have any control over quality, security, or access of the hotel’s Wi-Fi services. If you have questions or experience problems, please contact hotel staff or NCACPA staff.
MEETING ROOMS
Please refer to the meeting agenda for room assignments. Sessions will be held in Causeway/Masonboro, Airlie, Tidewater, and Turtlewatch/Oceanwatch.
MEALS & BREAKS
Continental Breakfast & Afternoon Snacks: NCACPA is pleased to offer continental breakfast items and afternoon snacks as part of your registration fee. These refreshment breaks are for attendees of the NCACPA Beach Cluster only. Please see the program agenda for refreshment break times.
Buffet Lunch: Included for participants attending both morning and afternoon sessions.
Special dietary meals: If you have notified NCACPA of dietary restrictions, you will receive a meal ticket at check-in. During the lunch break, please present this ticket to NCACPA staff at the registration desk.
PARKING
Lumina at Wrightsville Beach offers parking in the two-level parking deck to overnight guests at a rate of $15 per night.
Day guests are welcome to park in the hotel parking garage at no additional cost on a first come first served basis. However, please note that parking spaces on the hotel premises are limited and early arrival is strongly recommended! Day guests unable to secure space on the hotel’s premises will have access to street parking at a rate of $5 per hour or $30 for the day and may pay for parking through one of the following methods.
Day Guest Parking: Option 1
You may call the Pay-by-phone parking service at 910-256-5453 and follow the quick and easy automated instructions to create and account and pay for parking via phone.
Tip: Calling and establishing an account before arriving will ensure ease of use the morning of.
Day Guest Parking: Option 2
You may pay for parking at the pay station terminals located on either side of the resort.
All machines have the following functions that may be used to purchase hourly or daily parking:
- Accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only)
- Accepts bills ($1, $2, $5, and $10 only)
- Accepts coins (quarters, and dollar coins)
If you require assistance with a pay station, please notify us immediately by calling the parking office at 910-256-5453.
