  • Update on NCDOR Extension Denial Letters

    Last Friday afternoon, the Department of Revenue contacted the association about correction letters being sent to taxpayers who had mistakenly received letters denying their timely requests for extensions, due to a USPS mailing error. There were 948 correction letters scheduled to go out last Friday (June 10), and the remaining 2,782 letters will be sent by the end of this week.
