Rep your region at a North Carolina themed party celebrating YOU. The North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA) the thrilled to congraulate you on becoming a licensed NC CPA and that is cause for celebration. Your hard work and dedication are cause to throw confetti! On Tuesday, May 16 from 5:00-7:00 pm (happy hour), the 2023 Newly Licensed CPA Celebration will toast NC CPAs licensed between May 1, 2022December 31, 2022. Join us for some of your favorite NC foods, fun, and maybe a few drinks, and socialize with professionals who have climbed the mountain alongside you in other cities in towns to reach a commendable goal! (Come as you are, the recommended dress is casual). Don’t wait, this event is invitation only and there is limited space available, we don’t want you to miss out!

This event is coinciding with NCACPA’s mega-conference Converge, while there is not requirement to be registered for the conference to attend the celebration, we highly recommend checking it out. Come for the party, stay for the CPE!

In-Person Safety Guidelines: NCACPA continues to follow the CDC, NC DHHS, and county mandates for recommendations on safety protocols and guidelines. At a minimum, NCACPA’s in-person requirements will meet current CDC and NC DHHS recommendations for the health and safety of all attendees. Safety requirements are subject to change at any point leading up to an in-person event and may vary based on event location requirements. Additional information regarding location specific safety requirements can be found within the event description and confirmation email.

Despite NCACPA and vendor efforts to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infections, it is impossible to eliminate the possibility that you could be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while participating in an in-person event. We ask that in-person attendees follow all safety instructions provided by NCACPA staff and event facility staff at all times, and that you do not attend any in-person event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.
