Amy Goodman
Event Planning Specialist
As NCACPA’s Event Planning Specialist, Amy works closely with vendors, speakers, sponsors, and our members. Amy handles communication, logistics, sponsorship management, and on-site organization of our conferences and events for the association. Amy was born and raised in Western NY and moved to North Carolina in 1997. Before joining NCACPA, Amy worked as a Director of Catering for 20+ years with the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham and Meeting Planner with MDB, Inc.
Fun Facts:
- Amy loves spending time with her three “children” whether outdoors or just relaxing by the pool. Tucker, her Basenji-German Shephard Mix, Dixie “Dodo” her Danish/Swedish Farm dog and Liza Jane her Husky German Shepard Mix.
- She loves to cook; it relaxes her.
- Amy is a big fan of her hometown teams: the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres.
