As NCACPA completes its system migration, registration for online CPE courses will temporarily close at 12:00 a.m. on the day prior to each program to allow for accurate attendance and CPE processing. Max Mukelabai was the first Young CPA Cabinet alumni to become chair; the youngest-ever NCACPA Chair; and the first African-American Chair. Following his death in 2011, the Association establishes an annual award in his memory.
