Annual Symposium FAQs

Can I register on-site for the Annual Symposium?

Unfortunately, no. Due to capacity restrictions and planning, attendees for the in-person event are limited and we are unable to accept on-site registrations.

What is being done in order to ensure safety during the event?

Attendees can come to our conference with confidence, knowing health and safety of attendees is a top priority for NCACPA.

NCACPA, as well as our vendors, continue to follow the CDC, NC DHHS, and county mandates for recommendations on safety protocols and guidelines. At a minimum, NCACPA’s in-person requirements will meet current CDC and NC DHHS recommendations for the health and safety of all attendees. Safety requirements are subject to change at any point leading up to an in-person event.

NCACPA supports the health and well-being of its community and has collaborated with event facilities to develop safety measures designed to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infections. Despite NCACPA’s efforts to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infections, it is impossible to eliminate the possibility that you could be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while participating in an NCACPA onsite event or at other event facilities.

We have developed this safety model to make our 2023 events safe, secure, and enjoyable for all.

Is there a hotel block in Greensboro for the conference?

The discounted room rates have ended, but we are still excited to have rooms available at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center at their regular rates available for the NCACPA Symposium Room Block.
