To access NCACPA’s On Demand platform, visit https://ondemand.ncacpa.org/ or click on the URL in your confirmation email.

Note: Only users who have made an on-demand purchase are able to log in.

You can buy an individual self-study course at any time and watch it in the NCACPA On Demand platform, or you can purchase the unlimited On Demand 365 subscription, where you can access 100+ courses in A&A, tax, ethics, and technology from the date of purchase through December 31. Your access begins within an hour of your subscription purchase.

For guidance on using the platform, refer to the Frequently Asked Questions course, which becomes available to you at the time of your first purchase. This course contains a video with helpful assistance in navigating, enrolling, and completing courses.

Once on the site, navigate to the course you are interested in, then click “Enroll” in the top right corner. Once enrolled, you can begin viewing immediately or go to My Courses to watch later.

You can continue watching any of your courses through the My Courses page available via the menu in the top left corner.

Yes, non-members may purchase individual courses at a slightly higher rate. Member pricing and access to the NCACPA On Demand 365 subscription are member benefits. Learn more about membership here.

This subscription includes unlimited access to all of NCACPA’s self-study courses and the 100+ available options can be viewed in the catalog. You will also be able to access any new self-study courses that are added during your subscription.

Individuals who purchase a self-study course have 90 days from the date of purchase to complete the course and exam.

Those with the On Demand 365 subscription have unlimited access to all courses through December 31.

Certificates of Completion can be accessed from the menu in the top left corner. A ribbon icon indicates a completed course. If no ribbon appears, the course is still in progress.

You can check your listing of completed courses in your CPE History. Individual self-study courses cannot be recompleted for additional credit hours.

All of NCACPA’s courses are NASBA-approved, making them acceptable for CPE credit in all states.

The course video will remain available for the duration of your On Demand 365 subscription. For single-course purchases, the video will remain available for the 90-day period of purchase. If a course becomes out-of-date, it may be taken down. If you are enrolled in a course that is scheduled to be taken down, you will still have the allotted 90-days to complete the course.

Yes, our on-demand courses qualify as interactive individual/self-study. NASBA registry-approved individual study courses qualify under this standard.

Yes. In order to activate the final exam questions, you must first complete the review questions that appear during the course video. Once the course video is complete, you will be able to take the final exam.

There is no need to retake the review questions.  You have two attempts to correctly answer the review question. After that point, the correct answer is provided immediately with a brief explanation of the answer.

You can take the exam as many times as you need within your valid subscription period or within 90 days of the single-course purchase to earn a passing grade of 70%.

• Individual course registration: If your course doesn’t meet your expectations, simply reach out before completing the final exam, and we’ll provide full credit to apply toward another course of your choice. Please note, we’re unable to issue refunds once CPE credit has been granted.
• On Demand 365 subscription: Unlimited access to the platform requires commitment through December 31. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. In the event you have earned CPE credit in the first 30 days, you will be charged $25 per CPE credit earned and this will be subtracted from your refund amount. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested more than 30 days after purchase.
