The majority of enhancements to NCACPA’s association management system (AMS) are now complete, and we sincerely appreciate your patience during the temporary downtime. These updates allow our team to support you more efficiently, while also positioning us well for future improvements.
What’s Staying the Same
- You’ll continue to browse the course catalog and register for programs as you have in the past.
- Accessing your programs remains unchanged—please continue to refer to your NCACPA confirmation emails for instructions on how to access programs.
What to Know When You First Log In
- When you log into your account for the first time following the launch, you’ll be prompted to reset your password. For security purposes, your new password must be at least 16 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one non-alphanumeric character.
What to Expect in Your New Account
Your updated account will allow you:
- Access your account details through an improved, more intuitive interface
- Review and update your contact and profile information more seamlessly
- Manage your purchases, receipts, and confirmations in one place
- Renew your membership efficiently once renewals are added later this spring
- Clear instructions for generating transcripts will be shared once all 2025 CPE records have been fully reconciled later this month.
Important Temporary Registration Update
While most enhancements are complete, one final system migration is still underway. Until that migration is finished:
- Registration for courses and programs will close at 12:00 am on the day prior to a program, allowing time for staff to manually upload registrant lists and ensure accurate attendance and CPE records.
- We appreciate your understanding during this short-term workaround and will communicate as soon as this step is no longer necessary.
Thank you for your patience as we continue this work to better serve you. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Solutions Support at 800-469-1352.
