With 92.5% of firms now using AI in recruiting, the competitive landscape has fundamentally shifted. This session covers key survey findings on AI adoption, the new competency hierarchy where AI ethics ranks highest, the economics of precision hiring including the “loyalty tax” paid to external hires, and the transformation framework firms are implementing. Participants will gain actionable insights for realigning their firm’s assessment priorities and implementing AI-enhanced recruitment strategies.
Objective
