When an employee chooses to love it or stay with their current employer, it typically means they are engaged in their work and they feel seen, heard and valued- they are content. Conversely, the notion of leaving it typically symbolizes an employee who cannot wait to get out of their current job. These employees often have negative attitudes and/or behaviors at work.
