Tameka serves as the Learning Solutions Manager, where she leads the design and delivery of engaging, high-impact learning experiences that support professional growth and organizational success. With expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and leadership development, she creates customized programs that blend strategy, creativity, and adult learning best practices.
Tameka holds certifications from FranklinCovey, Crucial Learning, DiSC, and DDI, along with an EPIC Online Teaching Certification. She earned her Master of Arts in Communication Management with a concentration in Learning and Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
