As NCACPA completes its system migration, registration for online CPE courses will temporarily close at 12:00 a.m. on the day prior to each program to allow for accurate attendance and CPE processing. The State Board of CPA Examiners and NCACPA formed a joint task force to study the possibility of resurrecting a retired status classification for North Carolina CPA licensees. A rulemaking proposal is expected to move forward in 2023.
