Summer 2020: Virtual Events Only Through July 31st
For the safety of all, and to give us time to prepare our NCACPA Education Center and develop best safety practices with our event facilities and speakers, we have moved all CPE events (conferences, seminars and workshops) between May and July 31st to virtual-only.
- We will continue offering online learning options.
- We will work with vendors to add new COVID-related offerings to the course catalog.
- We are working closely with our speakers to ensure their comfort with speaking virtually.
- We are seeking any feedback that will help us tweak programming to better serve our attendees.
- We will work with event facilities to ensure the safety of our attendees.
August-December 2020: Blend of In-Person & Virtual Events
At this time, it is our intention to resume select in-person CPE events (conferences, seminars, and workshops) scheduled August through December.
The health and safety of our staff and event attendees is our highest priority. As we continue to monitor guidance related to the Coronavirus from the (CDC) and other organizations, we are committed to taking appropriate precautions to provide a safe environment that does not place our staff or event attendees at undue risk.
As a precautionary measure, NCACPA will be actively working with all event venues to increase sanitation practices and healthy habits for all events.
In addition to safeguarding the health and safety of our event attendees and employees, we remain committed to providing clear and timely communications leading up to and at our events. Should any changes occur that would prompt us to make adjustments to an event you are registered for, we will immediately notify all impacted parties via email, phone call, and post regular updates on our website.
Since our discussion leaders are traveling from across the nation, it might become necessary to move our live event to a virtual event and/or have the speaker present virtually. If you are registered for an event that is affected, you will be notified of the changes and allowed the option to receive a full refund.
While we might move events to virtual events, it is our intention to continue offering you the high-quality education you have come to depend on. Thank you for your continued support of NCACPA programs.
