IRS Issued Guidance for Those Affected By the CCH Outage

The IRS just released a statement and guidance for taxpayers and tax preparers who were affected by the CCH outage on September 15^th. Attached is the memo from the IRS Deputy Commissioner for Services and Enforcement.
