YP000126: Developing Your Executive Presence
Description
Join NCACPA’s Young Professionals Cabinet and Noel Swartz, CPA on Monday, November 9 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm via Zoom for an interactive (non-CPE) presentation that highlights what Executive presence is, what it isn’t, and helps provide a foundation for your journey to developing a professional presence that is authentic to you. Professional presence encompasses the traits, behaviors, and qualities that project confidence, credibility, and gravitas that are associated with effective leaders, managers or even clients and friends. It goes beyond mere appearances and encompasses one’s ability to communicate persuasively, build rapport, develop self-awareness and inspire others. Executive presence is rooted in self-assurance, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
The Zoom access link will be provided in the confirmation email. *This is a non-CPE event
