Already on the accounting track and looking to build meaningful professional connections? Join the NC CPA Foundation, Inc. on Wednesday, February 17, from 5:00–6:00 PM ET via Zoom for a free (non-CPE) virtual Mini-Mentoring event exploring what modern mentoring looks like in today’s accounting profession.
Mentoring is no longer limited to traditional, long-term relationships. Today’s professionals learn through networking, peer connections, career conversations, sponsorship, project-based collaboration, and communities of support.
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from accounting professionals as they share how mentoring has influenced their careers, where they’ve found guidance, and the many forms mentoring can take throughout a professional journey. Learn how authentic relationships can open doors, provide support, and create opportunities for growth at every stage of your career.
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with accounting professionals in small-group conversations, ask candid questions, gain practical career advice, and begin building meaningful relationships with professionals who are invested in supporting the next generation of the profession.
This event is ideal for accounting students preparing for internships, recruiting, or early career opportunities who want to expand their network, gain career insight, and discover the many ways mentoring can support long-term success.
