The Emerging Leaders Experience Level II builds on prior learning to help participants expand their leadership impact within their organizations. Designed for returning participants and experienced leaders, this program deepens self-awareness and strengthens leadership effectiveness by refining leadership style, enhancing strategic thinking, and addressing the challenges of leading at a higher level.

This in-person, immersive program combines peer-to-peer learning with participants from other organizations, along with advanced tools and practical strategies to apply in real-world leadership situations. A bonus virtual session 30–60 days after the event provides continued support, allowing participants to assess progress, refine their leadership development plans, and address emerging leadership challenges.

Objective

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to: * Evaluate and adapt their leadership style by leveraging strengths, addressing barriers, and applying adaptive leadership strategies in dynamic business environments. * Demonstrate ethical leadership and apply decision-making strategies that drive organizational performance and business results. * Apply advanced leadership skills, including strategic thinking, innovation, change leadership, and coaching techniques, to enhance individual and team effectiveness. * Develop and strengthen high-performing teams by fostering critical thinking, improving communication and presentation skills, and building a culture of accountability and growth * Integrate critical thinking and emerging tools, including AI, to enhance leadership effectiveness and implement actionable next steps for continued professional development.

Required Knowledge

Prior leadership experience with a working knowledge of managing people or projects, and readiness to strengthen strategic thinking, decision-making, and team leadership skills.
