AD000126: Advocacy Roundtable: Proposed Rule Change from SEC on Semi-Annual Reporting

Online

Description

Join NCACPA on Wednesday, May 27, from 2:00 – 3:00 pm via Zoom for a free (non-CPE) virtual roundtable discussion on the SEC’s proposed rule change concerning semiannual reporting. This event is open to all and is designed to provide timely, practical insight for professionals who may be affected by potential changes to the reporting framework.
The discussion will feature perspectives from a staff member at the SEC Office of Corporate Finance, along with insights from the private sector, to help frame both the regulatory intent and the real‑world considerations for companies and finance teams. While the proposal is still under consideration, this session will help participants better understand what’s being contemplated and the questions stakeholders should be asking now.

We encourage members of the Business & Industry community, and any colleagues who may benefit from the conversation, to join us for this timely and informative discussion.

The Zoom access link will be provided in the confirmation email. *This is a non-CPE event
