NCACPA is transitioning to a new Learning Management System on June 1, 2025. To ensure you have access to your certificates and records, please take the following actions before May 31, 2025:
(1) Download any certificates/materials from Freestone before the platform shuts down. After this date, NCACPA staff will NOT be able to retrieve certificates for you.
(2) Submit any outstanding Certificates of Completion (CoCs) by May 31 to avoid potential compliance issues.
Note: Conferences, Clusters, and any in-person events do not reside in the Learning Record. If you need copies of those records, please contact our Experience Support Team. For official transcript requests, please visit this page.

Fill out the form below to retrieve your CPE Certificate of Completion for the conference you attended. You’ll be prompted to enter your name, select sessions, time spent in each session, and email address. Once the form is completed, your Certificate of Completion will be generated, as well as emailed to you.
