Description

This course is No. 4 in the Microsoft® Power BI® series of webinars. Excel® is the No. 1 data analysis tool for accountants, yet many accountants have never learned the basics of data analysis using Excel or the tools that Excel offers to help with data analysis. This session is designed to teach participants the importance of PivotTables for analyzing data. We will demonstrate how PivotTables can make analyzing data an easy task for all accountants. Participants will learn the step-by-step process to create PivotTables and PivotCharts. We will also cover all the setup options and features. This event may be a rebroadcast of a live event, and the instructor will be available to answer your questions either during or after the event.

After completing this class, you will have the ability to * Understand the advantages of using PivotTables to analyze data from multiple dimensions * Create a PivotTable using a step-by-step process that will analyze accounting data * Use all PivotTable options to maximize your data analysis * Create PivotCharts to present your data graphically for the most effective analysis

CPE Select Pass Policies
The CPE Select pass is available only for NCACPA members and the price is applicable for an individual user. The pass includes access to on demand and webinar programs, but excludes webcasts, “hot topic” webinars, and on demand Ethics programming. All eligible programs for the CPE Select pass will be marked in the online catalog and in promotions. Licensed CPAs who elect the student membership status must provide proof of enrollment in an advanced degree.

The CPE Select pass grants unlimited access to qualifying webinars and on demand programs on a calendar-year basis.

We anticipate a spike in webinar activity later in the calendar year, and NCACPA is not liable for third-party service outages that may occur. Please plan your CPE before 12/31 to avoid any unforeseen technology issues.
