The Ethical Leadership Series is a four-part webinar series that explores the role of ethical perspectives in leadership effectiveness, ethical decision making, and developing ethical cultures. Participants will be introduced to an Ethical Lens Inventory to allow them to learn about the gifts of their perspective, their prioritized primary and secondary values, potential blind spots, their risks, potential double standards, and ways to achieve ethical maturity. A decision-making model also will be presented that incorporates the four primary perspectives when dealing with an ethical dilemma. What are you doing to improve employee engagement and higher performance within your organization? Would a coaching culture make a difference in your organization? Are your leaders managing or coaching their teams? In Part 3 of the Ethical Leadership Series, you will explore the drivers of employee engagement and learn how to “coach” rather than to “manage” your employees to enhanced engagement and higher performance to drive your organization’s success.

Who Should Attend
Organization leaders or anyone interested in improving or enhancing the employee engagement within his/her organization
None, however, viewing Parts 1 and 2 of the Ethical Leadership Series is recommended, but not required.
