The Ethical Leadership Series is a four-part webinar series that explores the role of ethical perspectives in leadership effectiveness, ethical decision making, and developing ethical cultures. Participants will be introduced to an Ethical Lens Inventory to allow them to learn about the gifts of their perspective, their prioritized primary and secondary values, potential blind spots, their risks, potential double standards, and ways to achieve ethical maturity. A decision-making model also will be presented that incorporates the four primary perspectives when dealing with an ethical dilemma. Are you looking for ways to focus on and improve the culture of your organization? Do you know the primary drivers of an ethical culture? Would you like to explore ways to improve your culture? In Part 1 of the Ethical Leadership Series, you will explore the definition and components of an ethical culture, learn about the indicators and drivers of ethical cultures. In addition, you will receive polling questions to help you and the members of your organization explore and learn more about your corporate ethical culture.
