Description

The Ethical Leadership Series is a four-part webinar series that explores the role of ethical perspectives in leadership effectiveness, ethical decision making, and developing ethical cultures. Participants will be introduced to an Ethical Lens Inventory to allow them to learn about the gifts of their perspective, their prioritized primary and secondary values, potential blind spots, their risks, potential double standards, and ways to achieve ethical maturity. A decision-making model also will be presented that incorporates the four primary perspectives when dealing with an ethical dilemma. When making ethical decisions, are you aware of your ethical “Blind Spots”? Are your acts of hubris affecting your leadership and the success of your teams? Are bad decisions making your organization more vulnerable to risk? In Part 4 of the Ethical Leadership Series, you will explore how ethical perspectives and ethical organization culture relate to ethical decision making. Enhance your and your employees’ decision-making skills to drive your organization’s success.
