The Ethical Leadership Series is a four-part webinar series that explores the role of ethical perspectives in leadership effectiveness, ethical decision making, and developing ethical cultures. Participants will be introduced to an Ethical Lens Inventory to allow them to learn about the gifts of their perspective, their prioritized primary and secondary values, potential blind spots, their risks, potential double standards, and ways to achieve ethical maturity. A decision-making model also will be presented that incorporates the four primary perspectives when dealing with an ethical dilemma. Are your organization’s values just a sign on the wall or are they lived? Is your leadership team using organizational values to drive a common purpose and common bond with your associates? In Part 2 of the Ethical Leadership Series, you will learn to explore the importance of an organization’s leadership values and how to convey these values to employees to drive organizational success. In addition, you will receive polling questions to help you and the members of your organization’s leadership team define, clarify, and communicate organizational values to enhance the success of your business.
