Microsoft® Word® is probably the most under-utilized application of the Microsoft Office® Suite of applications. As a matter of fact, most people use Word as a glorified typewriter. During this session you will learn the core features and tools that will improve your efficiently and productivity while using Word. This session will emphasize creating, editing, formatting, and printing documents using real-world business examples. We will take you through the logical progression of document creations in order to build a strong base level of knowledge of using Word. During the session we will share many tips and tricks that will increase your productivity by taking you beyond the basic typewriter functions. We also offer an Advanced class that continues to build upon the knowledge you learn during this class. Topics discussed in the Advanced class include about styles, themes, Quick Parts, SmartArt, linking, collaborating, mail merge, and much more. Our emphasis will always be on increased efficiency and productivity. This event may be a rebroadcast of a live event, and the instructor will be available to answer your questions either during or after the event.

CPE Select Pass Policies
The CPE Select pass is available only for NCACPA members and the price is applicable for an individual user. The pass includes access to on demand and webinar programs, but excludes webcasts, “hot topic” webinars, and on demand Ethics programming. All eligible programs for the CPE Select pass will be marked in the online catalog and in promotions. Licensed CPAs who elect the student membership status must provide proof of enrollment in an advanced degree.
The CPE Select pass grants unlimited access to qualifying webinars and on demand programs on a calendar-year basis. Early bird pricing runs January 1 through May 31, and regular pricing runs June 1 through December 31.
We anticipate a spike in webinar activity later in the calendar year, and NCACPA is not liable for third-party service outages that may occur. Please plan your CPE before 12/31 to avoid any unforeseen technology issues.
