Description

Participants will explore the essence of diversity using the different generations as a way to explore different perspectives. There are five generations living today with four or five of those present in the workforce. Different generations can provide distinct opportunities to expand understanding and awareness or it can create some distinct misunderstandings.

Objective

* Verbalize an awareness of multiple layers of diversity and how it impacts workplace relationships * Recognize the value of viewing the world through multiple lenses * Identify characteristics of multiple generations in the workplace and learn to more effectively interact and build relationships

Highlights

* We live and work with multiple generations * While there are distinct differences in each generation, there are also more similarities than we may first admit * This session will take a fun, interactive look at each generation with the goal of understanding various perspectives, thereby enhancing our relationships

CPE Select Pass Policies
The CPE Select pass is available only for NCACPA members and the price is applicable for an individual user. The pass includes access to on demand and webinar programs, but excludes webcasts, “hot topic” webinars, and on demand Ethics programming. All eligible programs for the CPE Select pass will be marked in the online catalog and in promotions. Licensed CPAs who elect the student membership status must provide proof of enrollment in an advanced degree.

The CPE Select pass grants unlimited access to qualifying webinars and on demand programs on a calendar-year basis.

We anticipate a spike in webinar activity later in the calendar year, and NCACPA is not liable for third-party service outages that may occur. Please plan your CPE before 12/31 to avoid any unforeseen technology issues.
