# of CPE Credits

Description

Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard developed a framework for leaders to more effectively influence their team based on the variables in the situation in 1969. This model was comprised of a combination of Manager Directive and Supportive behaviors based on the Willingness and Ability of the team member. Leaders today can benefit from studying this model in order to more effectively lead their teams and organizations in a variety of situations. Through this workshop, participants will be reminded that one size does not fit all. Effective leaders master the ability to assess and adapt their approach based on the variables in every situation.
