Description

How we see ourselves directly impacts how we show up
every day. Having a clear sense of oneself helps with decision making,
relationship building, and productivity. Understanding how we are seen by
others helps us build trust, cultivate harmony, and collaborate better.

As we strive to become better leaders, managers, and
colleagues, self-awareness is a critical part of our growth. The goal of this
session is to help individuals identify blind spots and develop an action plan
to improve self-awareness to drive lasting personal change.
