In this session, we’ll take a non-traditional approach
to building trust that is based in authenticity, vulnerability, and
self-awareness. Raising self-awareness reduces reactivity which allows us to
listen better and communicate with intention.
By applying the basics of conscious communications,
leaders can achieve stronger, more dynamic and holistic client relationships
At the end of this session, attendees will have learned the value of empathic listening toward the achievement of long-lasting client relationships.
