Description

This program explains microaggressions,
how they effect workplace cultures and their impact on others. We start by
defining what they are and walk through some examples. We will discuss their impact
on workplace culture and how they are connected to unconscious bias. We will
wrap-up with strategies for responding to microaggressions as the aggressor, as
an observer, and as the target.

Objective

At the end of this session, attendees will understand microaggressions from multiple points of view and how they impact workplace relationships and organizational culture.
