Description

This program explains the importance of understanding
awareness and intention on improving interpersonal communications and building
trust. We will explore strategies to anticipate then plan for difficult
conversations to help reduce anxiety, minimize avoidance, and feel more
confident in holding conversations about difficult topics.

Objective

At the end of this session, attendees will have more confidence engaging in uncomfortable conversations.
