Description
This session looks at organization intention and how it provides important context for diversity and inclusion. We will explore how leaders can reflect on their actions, decision making and leadership style as it relates to building equity, diversity, inclusion to build stronger teams for optimal performance. The goal of this session would be to help leaders understand the impact they have on team performance and connect their intention as a leader with their influence on workplace culture.
Objective
At the end of this session, attendees will have considered the impact of an organizations culture in the context of D&I as it relates to a team’s performance.
