Description
This program explains microaggressions, how they effect on workplace cultures and their impact on others. We start by defining what they are and their connection to unconscious bias. We then walk through examples and review strategies for responding microaggressions as the aggressor, an observer or the target.
Objective
At the end of this session, attendees will understand microaggressions from multiple points of view and how they impact workplace relationships and organizational culture.
