Description

This is an unconscious bias program at the individual level aimed at helping participants recognize their own biases and identify strategies to overcome them. Too often, unconscious bias programs tend to be high level and with summary descriptions of strategies to address them. The goal of this session would be to help individuals identify potential blind spots and offer specific strategies they can consider to drive lasting personal change.

Objective

At the end of this session, attendees will have insights to their own personal blind spots and the strategies for personal and professional growth.
