Description

Do the right thing. Sounds simple, right? As a CPA and auditor, you face challenges, situations, and hurdles that may prevent you from identifying the right choice to make. In this half-hour ethics course, Melissa Critcher, CPA, briefly reviews the rules and regulations that apply to all NC CPAs and highlights common ethics issues for auditors including integrity, discreditable conduct, competence, compliance with standards, and more. Melissa will also provide several brief case studies relevant to auditors. Important! This course offers 0.5 CPE hours toward the two-hour NC ethics requirement. In order to satisfy the two-hour NC ethics requirement, you must complete three additional Build Your Own Ethics modules. Please note—This course will expire on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. If you don’t complete the course by midnight on this date, you will forfeit your registration fee for this course.
