No matter who we are or what we do, we interact with people every day. People have unique stories and something valuable to contribute. The difficult part is creating an atmosphere for people to share their thoughts, opinions, ideas, and experiences freely. Some of us may freeze when faced with meeting new people or starting conversations. Others of us may think we are asking thoughtful open-ended questions, but we leave the conversation confused, learning little or feeling shut down with simple, one-word responses. During this session we will demonstrate that you can shift the questions you ask and create more dynamic, robust dialogue.
