Recruiting is a constant challenge, and recent events have made it even more difficult to attract the right talent to fit your jobs. This short session will return to the basics of selecting talent. By starting with the job description, analyzing the tasks to be accomplished, and the skills and experiences required, hiring managers can return to what is important— finding the right person to fill the open job. We will review the job description key role in selecting the right person. We will review how to tie the job description to the interview question guide and finally review strong interview practices. This short worship will remind you of the key activities and resources at your fingertips to attract, interview, and select the right talent for your open positions
