Description
While accountants deal with many complicated code sections and analytics issues, perhaps the most difficult thing that every financial professional deals with is how to create a good office environment. Utilizing discussions and case studies, this course will explore how to become a better teammate. We will learn strategies for how to form better relationships with colleagues and others. We will learn the importance of good culture—and how negative culture can work against the overall goals of the company.
