Description

The Kentucky Society of CPAs (KYCPA), Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA), North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA) and the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) have joined together to present the multi-state Virtual Accounting Educators Exchange.

This virtual event provides a dynamic forum to share best practices, discover innovative teaching techniques, and stay abreast of the latest trends. Engage in panel discussions with industry experts and network with peers from across the region. Explore critical topics such as the latest updates on alternative pathways to the CPA, effective strategies for engaging online students, the power of service-learning projects, and the impact of intelligence and data analytics in accounting education.

This program will be hosted in Zoom. Please make sure your app or browser is installed and up-to-date before the program start time.

Attendance Monitoring & Credit Submission
Your attendance at this program will be monitored through the use of polling checkpoints. Occasionaly, polling will be sent out during the sessions and you must submit to be considered present. 

Per NASBA, registrants must submit three (3) checkpoints per one (1) CPE hour (50-minutes) for credit. NCACPA Live Online and Rebroadcast programs qualify for group internet programs per NASBA.


Submitting for Credit

Once the program is completed, NCACPA will receive the attendance reports and issue credit on behalf of the registrant. Credit will be issued based on the NASBA standards for minutes attended and the process stated above.
