NCACPA’s website is temporarily unavailable from Friday, January 16, through Tuesday, January 20 as we complete system enhancements designed to provide more reliable service and make it easier for customers to manage their accounts.


During this time, access to all website functionality—including Connect, event registration, and account updates—will be unavailable.


Program access: If you are registered for a program during this time, you can continue to access it using the links provided in your registration confirmation email.


We recognize how important these tools are—especially during tax season—and have scheduled this work over a holiday weekend to minimize disruption. Our goal is to have the site fully restored by Tuesday, January 20, and we’ll communicate progress via website and email updates.
