North Carolina Association of CPAs Announces 2014 Annual Awards Recipients

Raleigh, NC—May 6, 2014—Winners of the 2014 North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA) annual awards were recognized during a special dinner held April 30, 2014, at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center in Greensboro, NC. Each year, the association recognizes several contributors for their outstanding work and exemplary representation of the accounting profession.

Awards were presented by Ben Hamrick,CPA, ABV, CFF, CM&AA, CVA; chief executive officer of Johnson Price Sprinkle, PA, and immediate past chair of NCACPA’s Board of Directors. The Julie Coston Award, recognizing an outstanding member of NCACPA’s staff, was presented by Sharon Bryson, chief operations officer of NCACPA.
