
SPEAKERS—MATERIALS GUIDELINES
Program materials are required by the NC State Board of CPA Examiners for CPE approval. Each participant will receive a manual containing your outline only and a companion CD. Additionally, they will have access to conference specific Participant Only website.
To facilitate reproduction of all materials:
• Electronic versions of your materials is required (emailed files preferred).
• Original PowerPoint presentation files are required. NCACPA will convert these to secure PDF formats during the reproduction process.
• PDFs of Word, Excel documents, etc. are acceptable.
• All documents will be converted to secure PDF documents by NCACPA staff.
• Copyrighted material (e.g., magazine articles, case studies, financial reports, etc.) must be accompanied by written permission from the source or it will be removed from your submission without notice.
• Sales information and/or order forms for products, services, or merchandise will not be published in printed manual and will be removed from your submission without notice. You may include your contact information and your organization's logo (hyperlink to your website) in your manuscript. NCACPA reserves the right to edit/delete your submission if found inappropriate for our audience.
• Selling of CPE programming is not allowed.

The information below provides an overview of material requirements and distribution:

In the event you are unable to meet these requirements, please contact your meeting planner. You may be required to provide copies at the event. Any costs associated will not be reimbursed.
