What is a Live Webcast?
A webcast is a program delivered as a live broadcast via the Internet with the ability to be seen nationwide. You will be able to view and interact with this program and/or the instructor in real time, on your computer in the comfort of your office or home. This program can be successfully viewed using either a broadband or dial-up connection.

Check your computer setup.
Webcasts can be viewed over a dial-up/modem connection but will work better with a high-speed connection such as DSL or cable. Be sure you have a sound card and speakers or headphones.
