Chapter Relations Committee

 Studies NCACPA chapter structure, and identifies the need for new chapters or chapter realignments. Supports chapter activities and coordinates them with those of the association.

2007-2008 Action Plan
Strategy:           Action:             
Plan/execute President's Orientation at the annual Leadership Retreat. Design programming
Plan/execute Chapter Officer Boot Camp. Design programming.
Complete model chapter bylaws. Finalize standard bylaws for chapters.
Support chapter initiatives. Attend/support own chapter events (both chapter events and chapter board planning meetings) in addition to visiting neighboring chapters.
Resource for Board of Directors regarding issues pertaining to chapters. As needed.
Ensure adequate coverage regarding population, size, and demographics. Continue to monitor chapters’ geographic boundaries on an ongoing basis.
