Long Range Planning Committee

Assures that NCACPA's basic objectives are being properly pursued for the benefit of members and the general public. Anticipates those factors (internal and external) which will affect the Association's operations and suggests means for coping with them.

2008–09 Action Plan

Strategy:     Action:
To respond to specific directives from the board of directors.   Committee members will respond to requests from the board as needed.
To monitor emerging issues and trends on behalf of the board, members, and profession   Committee members will monitor emerging issues and trends and long-range issues. Noteworthy observations will be incorporated into the annual radar screen or other form of recommendations to the board.
To examine long-term options for alternative revenue sources for the association.   To establish a special task force to examine options for alternative revenue sources for the association.
