Litigation Services
Committee
The Litigation Services Committee (LSC) serves NCACPA
members practicing in the business valuation (BV) and litigation services (LS)
areas in the following ways:
- Reviewing CPE available for
practitioners to determine topics warranting North Carolina
based courses.
- Following regulatory issues impacting
North Carolina CPAs practicing in BV and LS and seeking
means to communicate these issues to practitioners.
- Exploring ways for North Carolina CPA
BV and LS practitioners to learn about fellow North Carolina
practitioners with expertise and experience in specialties
within BV and LS and to make referrals to one another.
